Creator and professional identity

Mehdi Ayache is the legal name of the creator whose work is presented on this website. BERBEROS is his principal professional and artistic name; M/Ay and BRS are additional creative signatures used by the same person. References to Mehdi Ayache, BERBEROS, M/Ay, BRS, or Mehdi Ayache / BERBEROS identify the same creator.

Rights administration

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the intellectual-property rights in all original works created by Mehdi Ayache, professionally known as BERBEROS, are administered by VORVN ltd., a ventures and intellectual-property holding entity registered in Hong Kong SAR and operating worldwide.

VORVN ltd. manages permissions, licensing, commercial exploitation, authorized reproductions, collaborations, and rights-enforcement matters relating to those works. The underlying ownership or licensing position of each work remains governed by the applicable written agreements and chain of title.

Works and rights covered

Protected material may include writing, poetry, photography, illustration, artwork, graphic and identity systems, logos, typography treatments, product designs, drawings, prototypes, digital works, publications, audiovisual material, code, interfaces, archives, research, creative direction, and the original selection or arrangement of content.

Authorship and moral rights

Mehdi Ayache asserts his right to be identified as the author of his original works under his legal name and/or the professional names and creative signatures BERBEROS, M/Ay, and BRS, as appropriate.
