Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging, unopened, and including all accessories and documentation.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items are not eligible for return; all sale items are final purchases.
Procedures for Returning Items
- Contact our customer support team at support@mehdiayache.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the product securely, placing any paperwork inside the package along with the item to be returned.
- Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
- Send the product to the address specified by our customer support team.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
- Refunds will only be issued after our inspection confirms that the product meets our return conditions.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged products, you can either request a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be applicable for all returned items unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
