Tajine Space

Tajine Space started as a joke and became a manifesto. The tagine — that heavy clay vessel where Moroccan civilisation slow-cooks itself, generation after generation — strapped to a rocket and fired into orbit.

It is about velocity. The diaspora carries the homeland at the speed of a plane ticket, a phone call, a recipe remembered in a kitchen six thousand kilometres away. Marocains du Monde: Moroccans of the world, no longer of one place. This collection is for them — worn loud, worn proud, worn anywhere the signal reaches.
